Wonderful experience! I felt heard. She was able to fix my nails that had been previously done sloppily with builder gel which caused breakage on three of my nails. They look much better now. It was great being able to work with her to come up with a cute design to rebuild from since we had to cut my nails down a bit. I’m excited to grow them out longer and try out different designs in the future with her! She is extremely knowledgeable on different nail techniques and I’m grateful for her expertise in builder gel since that is what I have been doing for many months now and will continue to do as it is my preference for durability and nail health concerns. Paulina is also a great conversationalist, which made the time fly by. I loved that she was extremely receptive to every question I had.
